In 1854 Henry - his orginal Dutch name was Henderikus - immigrated with most members of his parental family into the USA and settled in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Henry H. Boekeloo III (#76) and Lena Cook
Henry H. Boekeloo III (1863-1925) from Kalamazoo-MI was the third child and son of Henry H. Boekeloo (#31) and Cornelia P. Naber. He married his wife Lena Cook (Kook, Kok) (1869-1961) in Kalamazoo-MI at October 22, 1885. Henry H. Boekeloo III has been a wellknown inhabitant of Kalamazoo-MI.
