In this photo album you 'll find photos from Jacob Hendriks Boekeloo (1827-1898) and his wife Stijntje Tijmens Havinga (1830-1903 a.k.a. Christine Boekeloo) and from their descendants. In 1854 Jacob and Stijntje immigrated with most members of his parental family into the USA and settled in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Miles William Boekeloo (#127)
Miles William Boekeloo was a son of Otto Jacob Boekeloo (#59) and Hattie Wemes, born at August 1, 1906. He married Glea Annice McMillan, born in Clyde, Ohio at February 5, 1909 and daughter of Clarence Clare McMillan and Clara Pearl Benninghoff. They got two sons, Brendon M. Boekeloo (#220), born 1931 and Maurice Owen Boekeloo (#221), born 1933(photo received from Miles w. Boekeloo).
